Message To Sensitive Hypocrites: FUCK YOU!!!!

|
I wasn't going to say anything else about this shit, but this shit is fucking with my last nerve. I'm appalled by the reactions of people over this Ludacris and Obama bullshit. After looking at what other bloggers had to say about this bullshit I realized that everybody doesn't have a sound and broad mind. I guess I get a little sheltered by my own broad way of thinking to where I forget that a lot of people are narrowed in thought. First I kept seeing things like "With friends like Ludacris who needs enemies?" and "Any woman that votes for Obama is a fool since he agrees with the use of bitch towards women" and so on. As ridiculous as those statements sound those aren't the ones that worried me the most. It was the responses from black bloggers that got under my skin. I was seriously in shock when I read that black people actually turning their backs on Obama because he didn't stand up for Luda. Who the fuck cares. The man is the first black man to run for president that has a shot at winning and is really about something. He knows how the media works and so do we, so don't act brand new.We know that everything he does or random black person for that matter does reflects on him. Its sad but it's all too true. That's how its always been for us, and the fact that its 2008 means nothing.

The fact that this song thing is such a big deal tells it all. Obama can't control what the next man does or says so why count him accountable? I don't remember people pointing fingers at McCain when that crazy ass "artist" had that gallery with the nooses and "nappy headed hoes" above pictures of Obama's girls. I don't remember any of these sensitive hypocrites protesting the news when they called Obama's wife his "baby mama". I also don't remember you people standing up and taking a stand when Bush's mother said on the news that the black people in New Orleans should be happy because they are living better than before katrina, when they were still abandoned and left without water for weeks. Where were you people then? Where was your sensitive talk-about-anything-but-white-people asses then? But you guys sounded the fuck off when Kanye stated the obvious when he said Bush didn't care about black people. Your hypocrites and racist and there isn't shit else I have to say about it but FUCK YOU!

Don't be naive... Leave that to me.

Sensitive Hypocrites

"I'm back on it like I just signed my record deal
yeah the best is here, the Bentley Coup paint is dripping wet,
it got sex appeal
never should have hated
you never should've doubted him
with a slot in the president's iPod Obama shattered 'em
Said I handled his biz and I'm one of his favorite rappers
Well give Luda a special pardon if I'm ever in the slammer
Better yet put him in office, make me your vice president
Hillary hated on you, so that b^$&%* is irrelevant
Jesse talking slick and apologizing for what?
if you said it then you meant it how you want it have a gut!
and all you other politicians trying to hate on my man,
watch us win a majority vote in every state on my man
you can't stop what's bout to happen, we bout to make history
the first black president is destined and it's meant to be
the threats ain't fazing us, the nooses or the jokes
so get off your ass, black people, it's time to get out and vote!
paint the White House black and I'm sure that's got 'em terrified
McCain don't belong in ANY chair unless he's paralyzed
Yeah I said it cause Bush is mentally handicapped
Ball up all of his speeches and I throw em like candy wrap
cause what you talking I hear nothing even relevant
and you the worst of all 43 presidents
get out and vote or the end will be near
the world is ready for change because Obama is here!
cause Obama is here
The world is ready for change because Obama is here"
Those are the lyrics to Ludacris's ode to Barack, Politics: Obama Is Here.

Now I'm not going to say that these lyrics were appropriate, because they were not, but why be so sensitive? What's funny to me is that Hilary Clinton and a random reporter can make jokes, hints if you ask me, of somebody killing Obama and go untouched. I don't remember anyone forcing her to back out of the race or firing that reporter for repeating and comparing him to Osama. All I'm saying is that if you are going to be so damn sensitive then keep the same face for all issues surrounding this elections. It seems that when a black entertainer or artist says their piece about the latest events in the election its huge and Obama has to run as far from it as possible to stay a float. No matter how much the media and politicians are talking about race not being an issue and that Obama cant use the race card, the playing field is not and will never be even. Anything and anyone Obama associates with will be under great scrutiny to make sure that he's not too black or too down. I guess white people are still scared that he'll get in office and give us our 40 acres and a mule and take it out of their pockets, which wouldn't be a bad idea...
Ludacris was wrong and should have used a little more tact while writing this song, but the fact still remains that he at no time said anyone should be killed...

Don't be naive... Leave that to me.

Can McCain Scare For Votes?

|

"Nobody here thinks that Bush or McCain has a real answer for the challenges we face so what they're going to try to do is make you scared about me.''- Barack Obama

John McCain's camp was up to their usual propaganda spreading duties when releasing a TV ad on Wednesday. The ad compared Obama's celebrity to Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, attacking his credibility and relevance in the election. Not only is this baseless but ridiculous. How could they compare a man with his intellect and poise to the likes of drugged up party girls? Clearly what they want us to believe is that all he is is hype with little platform to stand on. I'm not falling for it, he's a candidate for a reason and we all need to accept that. This is one of the many image tattering attempts McCain has dished out this election. This is what Obama had to say about his countless attacks one night in Lebanon, Missouri.
I don't hear very much positive from Sen. McCain,''... "He seems to be only talking about me. You need to ask John McCain what he's for, not just what he's against.''

I was thinking the same thing. I have yet to hear McCain in an interview or speech without Obama's name spilling out of his mouth. I'm right along with Obama in saying that we need to demand more from our candidates and make sure we get those facts on where they stand instead of who their standing against. That shouldn't be all it takes to win office. To me, the fact that McCain has already resorted to such lengths tells me he doesn’t have enough content, nothing to offer us but the same old America we've been running from since Bush stepped into office.
That's exactly what Obama had to say about McCain on the affect he will have on America or lack there of. A few days prior he addressed 1,500 people at a Springfield high school gymnasium and said,
We can either choose a new direction for our economy or we can keep doing what we've been doing. My opponent, John McCain, thinks we're on the right track.''

Right track my ass....

Don't be naive... Leave that to me.

Angela Simmons... Why?!?!?!

|

WTF..? I'm trying to figure out if this is serious. I don't remember anyone talking about her wanting to be an artist. This is crazy. I wish I had a daddy with connections and a shit load of money to finance some fuckery like this. I'm guessing the conversation that birthed this crazy idea went a little something like this. Just because it's Wednesday and I'm feeling a little musical..... "Daddy I wanna be a singer! Make it happen!". Damn I'm hatin...

Don't be naive... Leave that to me.

Industry hoes aka '"Video Vixens"

|
I wonder why industry hoes get air time on the radio. What could they possible have to talk about? Books tours and feeding the homeless? Or how many 'ballers' try to talk to them and their almost bare calendars they all seem to have. What does that have to do with the price of rice?
Flavor of Love has been the birth of dozens of video and back shot men magazine "models" since 2005. They went in a nobody and came out a reality hoe with 5 minutes of fame. I guess it's better to be known for something than to not be known at all, right?

I'm not a hater by trade so I wont shy away from the fact that there are some "Video Vixens" that have business in mind. So to those woman who know what they are after in life and business and don't settle for the lustful men mags and hosting parties I commend you. I appreciate that you don't let the game consume you, but find consumers of your product. But that still doesn't mean I want you on my local radio station or talk show talking about your latest booty shot, upcoming party, or current ballers or rapper your hanging around.

Ne-Yo Bored Of 'Urban' Music???

|

"There's some stuff on there [Latest LP] that sounds like something the Beatles might've done. There's some stuff on there that sounds like something Billy Joel might've done. I can't do just straight urban music no more, because to be completely honest with you, I'm a little bored with it. I'm just moving with what music excites me now." ~ Ne-Yo

I'm not sure if I should be offended, as I love 'urban' (BTW I hate that word) music myself, or be appreciative of the fact that he is bringing something renewed to the urban market. As far as I'm concerned anything he does will undoubtedly have an R&B spin to it, because if you all didn't know the Beatles always had a little soul influence to them. I'm glad he's moving on artistically and broadening his audience. That's an artist's dream right? Universal appeal? Besides, I love me some Beatles, not too sure about Billy Joel though...
I was never a fan of Ne-Yo, but his latest album really does it for me. Plus he had the only performance that I didn't have to cover my eyes and ears for the BET awards. That doesn't say much though.

Rick Ross still denying his past? Who cares?

|
“When you get to my level, you’re a great conversation piece,” Ross told radio station Power 98.3 (KKFR-FM) during an interview Friday (July 25). “I’m big on the blogs, I’m big on the magazines, and I appreciate that as an artist. That’s why I’m in the game. I got in this game to introduce people and to make great music. And that’s what it’s about. “Don’t believe the hype,” he told listeners. “In the game we in, it’s real competitive. Competitors have to do what they have to do to eat. We making the best music. Y’all seen the BET Awards, y’all saw the magazine. We the biggest in the game, we the best in the game. Just keeping it real. And anytime somebody can attack my character, like I said, you get nothing from the Boss. I don’t give haters the pleasure." - Rick Ross

This is what Rick Ross had to say about the latest rumor of him being an corrections officer at 19 for 18 months. Now, I'm not from the hood, but I would think that a black man having a steady job with benefits was a good thing, not an attack on ones character. So all you 'G checkin' dumbasses need to fall back and worry about getting a 9-5 to take care of your families and look into school, because you obviously have too much time on your hands to worry about this man's resume. If this 'rumor' is true, which seems to be do to the personal file that was obtained by the Smoking Gun, then I won't knock his hustle, because he has all you grown ass men acting like Stans.
Who ever thought it was necessary to reveal this information is obviously a hater and therefore demonstrated bitchassness at its best and needs to dig up some useful information like the presidential candidates. Maybe they can dig up some dirt on McCain and even the playing field for his propaganda using ass. Just joking...
